Explanation:
Well "Regieanweisung" would be "stage directions" but that is for a play. For a film it would be "script directions".

Without knowing the setting these slides are used in it is hard to come up with the best term. But maybe this can steer you in the right direction

Explanation:
as Karl says, these sound like additional slides to be displayed during parts of the day when no presentation is being given. But I suspect we don't have a generic term for 'Regie' here in normal usage so maybe you could just leave it out: 'integration/insertion of slides for breaks, coffee, lunch...'?
