die räumlich, zeitlich, inhaltlich unbeschränkten und ausschließlichen Rechte

-->The Proprietor hereby grants and assigns to the Publisher the perpetual, worlwide, exclusive and unrestricted right to exploit the text of his Work

Ist das so juristisch richtig übersetzt?

Hier der deutsche Kontext:

Der Verfasser räumt dem Verlag an seinem Werk, dem Text zu dem Werk

mit dem Arbeitstitel „[...]“
(nachstehend „Werk“ genannt)

aus der Serie/Reihe [...]
(nachstehend „Serie/Reihe“ genannt)

für alle bekannten Nutzungsarten die räumlich, zeitlich, inhaltlich unbeschränkten und ausschließlichen Rechte zur Verwertung des Werkes ein.

Explanation:
You have to juggle the word order a bit to get a decent flow of the text, but it's all in there.

Just noticed: the first word (for) shouldn\'t be there.

The word order problem results from the fact that German can turn nouns into adjectives more readily than English. You might get away with territorial (or at a push even spatial) and temporal, but \"content-related\" comes across rather cumbersome.

Looking at your first draft, I have no problem with \"perpetual\" and \"worldwide\", but \"inhaltlich\" may mean more than just the text, especially if there is a chance that the publisher may use your translation as a model for contracts with other authors.

from the series „[………………]“
