This is in a contract where an authorised repair centre has to offer a warranty on a product it sells and then the company that makes the product appears to be offering this Gewährleistungs-Ablösepauschale in return for services rendered. I have seen that there is a German-French question about this, but unfortunately my French isn't good enough for that to help. My attempt so far is:
XXX guarantees a lump sum warranty repayment amounting to 3 % of the net sales volume of products.
