Trotz vieler Archiv-Einträge zu diesem Thema habe ich noch nicht DIE Lösung für meinen Satz gefunden:

Rückzahlungsverpflichtung:
Im Falle der Nichteinhaltung einer der Verpflichtungen entsteht eine rückwirkende Nachzahlungsverpflichtung an alle betroffenen Arbeitnehmer der jeweiligen Standorte für die letzten 12 Monate der **eingebrachten Leistungen** aus § 2.

[Mit den eingebrachten Leistungen dieses Tarifvertrags ist die Differenz der mehr geleisteten Arbeitsstunden und die Differenz zur tariflichen Sonderzahlung gemeint, die dem Mitarbeiter im Falle der Nichteinhaltung durch das Unternehmen ausgezahlt werden.]

Diese Erklärung folgt jedoch bereits im nächsten Satz, so dass an besagter Stelle diese weitschweifigen Ausführungen unnötig sind und ich lediglich eine passende Formulierung für o. g. Begriff suche.
