Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / capital investment agreement

Having trouble finding a suitable expression in English for the above. Would "without recourse" cover it?

I chose your suggestion in the end as it sounded the most idiomatic piece of legalese. Sorry for the delay in replying but it's been rather hectic here of late...

agree  Steffen Walter: For added clarity, "ohne (das) Recht der Ein- oder Widerrede" should have been separated by commas in the German as it refers to the "sofortige Zahlung einer Konventionalstrafe in Höhe von 10% des reservierten Kapitals".

without the right to argument or objection

Explanation:
The wording "without argument or objection" seems to me a standard expression (see, e.g. JSTOR, FindLaw court cases, etc.)

Asker: Thanks for this suggestion, which I think would have been fine without "the right", as cited by you, but I decided to go with Pete's in the end

without recourse to the appeals process

Explanation:
The reference is to the Konventionalstrafe, he cannot argue or protest it, but must cough up the money.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks, Klaus, but although I agree that the reference was to the Konventionalstrafe, I think Pete's answer is closer to the mark in this instance.
