Apologies in advance for inserting the words (2 questions) in a mostly- translated extract. This is due to the original being on fax ,
and a killer deadline!

The topic is a film/movie licensing contract

"ARTICLE 2 – Minimum Guarantee / Income

The Rental Company shall pay the Licensor a minimum guarantee of €350,000.00, plus V.A.T (non-refundable, but *verrechenbar*.) This is payable as follows:
