Und nochmal dieser schöne Satz aus der Sicherungszweckvereinbarung:

Der Darlehensnehmer beabsichtigt, ais Sicherungsgeber nach Maßgabe dieser Vereinbarung
alle Ansprüche des Darlehensgebers als Sicherungsnehmer gemäß and im Zusammenhang mit dem Darlehensvertrag and den sich darauf beziehenden Finanzierungsdokumenten (wie im Darlehensvertrag definiert) mittels einer Gesamt-Briefgrundschuld in Höhe von EUR x zuzüglich "dinglicher Grundschuldzinsen" in Höhe von x % pro Jahr und einer einmaligen Nebenleistung von x % des Gesamtgrundschuldbetrags fur die belasteten Grundstücke zu besichern.

Für "dinglich hab ich "real" and "in rem" gefunden, aber ich weiss nicht ob das auch in Zusammenhang mit "interst" geht.

There is really no need to worry about the "dinglich" in this context. It is redundant in that Grundschuldzinsen already covers the "in rem" or "real property" aspect
