German term or phrase: Werbemittelauftrag
Hi,

Beileger, Beihefter etc.) - im Folgenden insgesamt Werbemittel - eines Werbetreibenden in den Verlagsobjekten der XXX Betriebsberatungs GmbH (im Folgenden Verlag).

Wie würdet Ihr Werbemittelauftrag/Werbemittel übersetzen?

Danke!

Advertising order/Advertisment order
Explanation:
Then I'd use "advertisements" for "Anzeigen" and "insertions" for the first "Werbemittel" (the loose inserts etc.) and either "insertions" or "advertisements" for the second "Werbemittel" (in the " ... insgesamt Werbemittel" bit).

Alternatively, you could use "advertising" for both instances of "Werbemittel". The main thing is consistency throughout the text, of course.

Google "advertisement order" and"insertions" for sample sentences.

Explanation:
If the contract is referring specifically to broschures etc. (i.e. printed material), then perhaps 'contract for advertising material/media' would be clearer IMO.
