under the Standard Bylaws, in order to have a quorum, the strata corporation would need eligible voters holding a minimum of 40 votes (1/3 of 120 total votes) either in person or by proxy. In this example, 51 votes are present, more than the minimum of 40 votes required for a quorum.

disagree  Oliver Toogood: No native would say it like that. Just because German uses 'stimm' twice, English wouldn't.It goes without saying that those who vote have voting rights.Othwerwise just 'having a vote' would be totally pointless and meaningless.

The society's meeting is quorate (i.e, able to pass motions/resolutions,etc) when it has been convened in accordance with its rules and where all those eligible have cast their votes/been represented in the voting/ballot.
