Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Master Service Agreement | | German term or phrase: VP, AN | Ich weiss, dass Auftragnehmer und Auftraggeber hier schon mehrmals erörtert wurden und zwar immer mit der Schlussfolgerung, dass im Englischen nicht abgekürzt werden soll. In diesem Vertrag steht aber:
Vertragspartner (nachfolgend VP)
Auftragnehmer (nachfolgend AN)
Also, wie löse ich das? Contracting party (hereinafter "Contracting party") macht doch irgendwie gar keinen Sinn, oder? Und es mit "CP" abkzukürzen wäre glaube ich auch falsch. Also, hat irgendwer schon das AN/AG/VP Problem erfolgreich gelöst? Ich bin für alle Vorschläge dankbar. ich muss mich natürlich jetzt festlegen, das die Begriffe im Vertrag je "zig" mal vorkommen.
