Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / balance sheet | | German term or phrase: Feststellung der Bilanz | When searching the net, I always stumble upon approval or adoption of the balance sheet which would be Genehmigung.
Not being an expert, is Feststellung der Bilanz and Genehmigung der Bilanz the same thing?
If not, how would you translate it.
Context: der auf die Gesellschafterin entfallende Jahresgewinn ist xxx Monate nach Feststellung der Bilanz fällig.
