Bei Rücktritt weniger als zwei Wochen vor Montagebeginn sind 75 % und weniger als einer Woche 100 % des Mietbetrages zu zahlen.

75% of the rental fee in case of a withdrawal within less than two weeks before the start of assembly, and 100% in the case of withdrawal within less than one week are to be paid. ?

Wäre dankbar für Euer kurzes Feedback, ob man diesen Satz so lassen kann.

Explanation:
is the short answer. There are a number of things wrong with this sentence. To pick out a couple:-

a) It needs to be "75% of the rental fee is payable ..." - the concept of "to be paid" has to accompany what it relates to, not be stuck at the end of the sentence.

b) "within less than" just isn't English. "Within" already means "on or before the specified date" so "less than" is redundant.

c) for my money, "in case of" needs to read "in the event of", although AE speakers may not find that change necessary.
