This is effectively saying the same thing twice. Endfällig means "payable at term", and so does "bis zum Ende der Laufzeit".

Asker: Ich meine, dass man hier auch den Teil "zur Verfügung gestellt" übersetzen sollte. Ich habe zuerst auch an eine Lösung wie die deine gedacht, aber ich sehe nicht, wie man diesen Teil darin einbauen kann. In jedem Kreditvertrag sollte explizit erwähnt sein, dass der Kredit auch ausgereicht wird, so wie zum Beispiel in einem Schenkungsvertrag "Der Schenkungsgeber schenkt und übergibt und Schenkungsnehmer nimmt Schenkung an und übernimmt...". Außerdem wäre in deinem Vorschlag "by" durch "at" zu ersetzen, da es sich um einen endfälligen Kredit handelt - oder?

Asker: Thank you. Please note that, being a legal and finance specialist, I did not ask for an explanation of the context. I just needed a translation of the sentence and I further outlined the problem in my note to philgoddard which apparently escaped your attention. The question was asked on 27 December and I delivered my translation on 28 December. There was no translator who understood the question AND provided a correct rendering of the sentence and I found a solution myself.
