Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / Contract | | German term or phrase: auf Abrechnung am | Hi there Prozians, could you please help me out with the term "auf Abrechnung am". It's Swiss German. Does it mean by deducting - the following debts etc. etc. - from the purchase price.
1st complete sentence
"Die erwerbende Partei übernimmt auf Abrechnung am Kaufpreis und unter Entlastung der veräussernden Partei mit der Eigentumsübertragung die folgenden Schulden zur weiteren Verzinsung und Bezahlung, zu den ihr bekannten Zins- und Zahlungsbestimmungen, mit Zinspflicht gegenüber der Gläubigerschaft, soweit ausstehend, auf eigene Rechnung ab Antrittstag."
