English translation:if complaints are made within a resonable time
Explanation:
Despite the apparent vagueness of "reasonable time" every jurisdiction has sought to define what is "reasonable".

In England, what is "reasonable" is tested against the concept of "the reasonable man" (sorry ladies, that's exactly what is says in the text books) or as Lord Denning famously defined this person, "the man on the Clapham omnibus"

neutral  writeaway: in good time is too vague in the context. wide open to interpretation/contrary to popular belief, written English is not a free for all and just pulling answers out of a dictionary will more likely than not lead to errors

-> in good time 1. In a reasonable length of time. 2. When or before due. 3. Quickly. http://www.thefreedictionary.com/in good time // Thank you for airing your opinion on this.

neutral  ElliCom: Within reasonable time is good. In US English it is perfectly ok to say "on time", if it refers to specific, agreed upon time frames

Explanation:
"Reklamation" is a bit more neutral than "complaint". "In a timely manner" if a more pompous tone is wanted.
