c) Bei Ausübung des Rücktrittsrechts gemäß Punkt 6. Abs. a hat Zug um Zug XY die vom Kunden geleisteten Zahlungen zu erstatten und den vom Kunden auf die Sache gemachten notwendigen und nützlichen Aufwand zu ersetzen sowie der Kunde die empfangenen Leistungen zurückzustellen (wobei die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung vereinbarungsgemäß vom Kunden zu tragen sind) und XY ein angemessenes Entgelt für die Benützung, einschließlich einer Entschädigung für eine damit verbundene Minderung des gemeinen Werts der Leistung, zu zahlen, wenn der Kunde die Ware auf eine den Grundsätzen von Treu und Glauben oder der ungerechtfertigten Bereicherung unvereinbare Art und Weise benutzt bzw. verbraucht hat; die Übernahme der Leistungen in die Gewahrsame des Kunden ist für sich allein nicht als Wertminderung anzusehen.

the fact that the customer has taken possession of the goods shall not be regarded in itself as reducing their value/ the value thereof.

In general, here, I think "leistungen" will have to be translated as goods. Services cannot exactly be returned by post.
