typing error Explanation: It should be Gesamtvollstreckungsverfahren, for which I have aggregate execution. There is no neat English translation and you might want a definition in brackets. Others have given definitions too - a GDR procedure. It really makes no sense to me to have the 'Vollstreckungsverfahren' in there. |
