Ich habe davon Kenntnis, daß im Rahmen des von mir bzw. des zu meinen Gunsten mit dem Krankenhaus abgeschlossenen Vertrages Daten über meine Person, meinen sozialen Status sowie die für die Behandlung notwendigen medizinischen Daten gespeichert, geändert bzw. gelöscht werden und im Rahmen der Zweckbestimmung unter Wahrung der Voraussetzungen nach § 24 BDSG an Dritte (z.B. Kostenträger) übermittelt werden können.

agree Ann C Sherwin: all except for "concluded." When I used that as a novice, I was corrected by a lawyer. (U.S. English)

agree writeaway: @Anne-concluded is used all the time (see Google) but could be yet another UK/USA spit-or perhaps the lawyer found it could be misinterpreted to mean ended?
