Der Kautionsbetrag ist fällig bei Vorliegen der Auszahlungsvoraussetzungen de jeweiligen von xxx abgerechneten Vertrages. xxx ist insoweit berechtigt, bei Ausgleich der Rechnung von xxx den Auszahlungsbetrag mit der fälligen Kaution zu verrechnen. xxx erhält von xxx zeitgleich eine Rechnung über die Kaution ausgestellt.

I've used "settled by" here, but again I'm not really sure - I'm pretty sure invoiced doesn't fit.
