German term or phrase: Bescheinigung über die Ansässigkeit im Inland

Deutsche Finanzämter geben eine "Bescheinigung über die Ansässigkeit im Inland" heraus, die bescheinigt, dass der leistende Unternehmer (in diesem Fall eine Firma) zur Zeit im Inland ansässig und eine Betriebsstätte im umsatzsteuerlichen Sinne unterhält. Deshalb wird die Steuer nicht vom Leistungsempfänger geschuldet, wenn der Umsatz von dieser Betriebsstätte ausgeführt wird.
Ich bin bisher auf verschiedene Übersetzungsvorschläge gestoßen: Domicilation certificate, Certification of residence, oder Certificate of fiscal residence.
Kann man "residence" auch bei juristischen Personen verwenden, oder würde der Muttersprachler in diesem Falle eher von "domicilation" sprechen?

I think you will need to paraphrase.

If you are translating for a UK audience you need to avoid the use of "domicile" or "domiciliation" as this has a very special and broad meaning in UK tax law and does not simply mean "residence". For example, I lived in Asia for five years but was still domiciled in the UK for tax purposes.
