Bus/Financial - Law: Taxation & Customs | | German term or phrase: Lastenausgleichsleistung | The text I am translating has to do with LAG (Lastenausgleichsgesetzt) and how someone is impacted by it.
The term in question is mentioned a couple of times:
für den Schaden ... sind Ihrer Mutter Lastenausgleichsleistungen gewährt worden.
Nach § 349 Abs. 5 Satz 1 LAG richtet sich die Rückforderung gegen die Empfänger von Lastenausgleichsleistungen, deren Erben oder weiter Erben, soweit diese oder deren Rechtsnachfolger die Schadenausgleichsleistungen erhalten haben.
So far I am coming up with a few possible translations: payment(s) to equalize the burdens, equalization of burdens payment(s) or simply compensatory payment(s). Another thought I just had: compensatory payments regarding equalization of burdens.
Does anyone have an exact translation or might have some other ideas? |

ich würde es doch lieber mit compensation benefits übersetzen, denn im Lastenausgleich werden vorgesehen:
