Bus/Financial - Law: Taxation & Customs | | German term or phrase: "... sonstige Leistung im Zusammenhang mit einem Grundstück" | The whole phrase reads:
"Es handelt sich um eine gem. § 3a Abs. 9 UstG 1994 in Österreich nicht steuerbare sonstige Leistung im Zusammenhang mit einem Grundstück."
I have to translate an invoice template for an Austrian engineering company and I am not sure how to express the " sonstige Leistung im Zusammenhang mit einem Grundstück" part of the sentence.
I found the following information (in German) about this paragraph in the Austrian Law:
(9) Eine sonstige Leistung im Zusammenhang mit einem Grundstück wird dort ausgeführt, wo das Grundstück gelegen ist. Sonstige Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit einem Grundstück sind auch:
d) die sonstigen Leistungen zur Vorbereitung oder zur Koordinierung von Bauleistungen (zB die Leistungen von Architekten und Bauaufsichtsbüros).
