German term or phrase: LGBl.

It concerns a translation of a certificate for a stove. "The extract reads "Vereinbarung gemass Art 15 a B-VG uber Schutzmassnahmen betreefend Kleinfeuerungsanlagen- LGBI Nr 46/1995 i.d.F LGBI. Nr 58/1998".
I know roughly what is being referred to by LG but I am not sure what the BI stands for and the i.d.F is a bit of a mystery. Lots of matches on google but little in the way of explanation.

My CL3 was due to the Liechtenstein bit -- Austrian provinces also have a "Landesgesetzblatt", so you will have to judge based on the rest of your context.
