I found civil code and Federal law, but found neither is satisfying, or can I just put "xy has ... pursuant to BGB1 432/1990..."?

Ganz schön doof von mir, natürlich ist es Bundesgesetzblatt, und Federal Law Gazette scheint tatsächlich die gängige Übersetzung zu sein. Die 1en und ls in dem Original sind aber auch wirklich nicht zu unterscheiden. Danke sehr Johannes!
