Peer comments on this answer (and responses from the answerer) neutral  Sabine Akabayov, PhD: I thought that too, but hid my answer, I think zitat is right. There are a few texts, where sometimes the Z is written and sometimes not, so I should be something more than Ziffer 1 min   -> As far as I know, in laws and regulations it should be "Ziffer".
