Bettina Rittsteuer: 2:53pm Jan 9, 2008: Sollte meiner Meinung nach bedeuten, dass ein Vorstandsmitglied in einem Rechtsgeschäft in zweierlei Funktion auftreten kann: 1. als Vertreter der Gesellschaft, 2. als Vertreter eines Dritten, mit dem die Gesellschaft das Rechtsgeschäft schließt
