This term is used in police memorandums. This sentence reads as follows: Vernehmungsersuchen von Interpol im Zusammenhang mit der Person XXX

I have translated the term as: Interrogation request by Interpol

I'm not sure if there is a specfic legal term for Vernehmungsersuchen. Perhaps somebody can help me with this!
