Aus dem Sachverhalt der Entscheidung des OLG Zweibrücken (Urteil v. 22.6.1983) ergibt sich, dass dort offensichtlich der Bekl. bzw. AGg. nach Abschluss der ersten Stufe Antrag auf Fortsetzung des Verfahrens gestellt hat.
I've checked elsewhere in the text and couldn't find anything that AGg. might be and couldn't find anything suitable on Google - any ideas? |
