I think it may well be "reproduced" in this case! The text is (most likely) from this page http://www.transportrecht.org/html/djurtext.htm which contains "Einführende Bemerkungen zur Dokumentation". It is the Website of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Transportrecht and the Dokumentationen are therefore all reproductions, both of the Abkommen and of the deutschen Übersetzungen.

I agree with Johanna - this usage of "wiedergeben" sounds very strange to me as a German native speaker. I'd have expected "ist eine deutsche Übersetzung enthalten/angegeben" or something along these lines.

One option would be to translate it as "include", i.e. International agreements include the original (authoritative) version(...) as well as a German translation.
