Ansprüche wegen nicht vertragsgemäßer Erbringung der Reise oder Schulung hat der Teilnehmer innerhalb eines Monats nach vertraglich vorgesehener Beendigung der Reise oder Schulung dem Veranstalter gegenüber geltend zu machen.

Does anybody know a UK equivalent - all I can find are quite strange sounding word by word translations...is there anything more elegant around? Many thanks in advance!
