XXX LLP ist eine Partnerschaft mit beschränkter Haftung nach englischem Recht, eingetragen im Companies Houses of England and Wales unter der Nummer xyz. Der Name XXX bezeichnet eine internationale Anwaltssozietät, bestehend aus XXX LLP und ihren +++verbundenen Sozietäten+++.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was ich mit dem "verbundene Sozietäten" mache. Soweit ich verstanden habe, sind es KEINE partnerships. Ich überlege, ob "associated offices" oder "associated law practices" es trifft?

Bislang habe ich:

Explanation:
"verbunden" should be translated as "affiliated". I would avoid the term "society" in English as this is generally only used in connection with the legal profession's governing body in the UK. "law firm" or better, "law companies" is best in my opinion.
