Law (general)
German term or phrase: Whole phrase
Maybe I am just too tired to deal with this, but is there something missing here?

Context:

Divorce proceedings

We have just established who is appearing.

Then it goes to

Weiter erschienen ist Frau So und SO, als allgemein vereidigte Dolmetscherin für Englisch, die sich auf ihren allgemein geleisteten beruft.

Isn't there something missing in the second part of the sentence? Maybe Eid? Any help would be appreciated. thanks!

Thanks very much, Edith. You're a lifesaver! I appreciate your taking the time to answer. I was in a little bit of a panic as the translation was due this morning. Thanks for confirming my gut feeling.
