Text about possibility of class action being taken by insured persons and "Rechtsschutzversicherung".

I can only think of a literal translation at the moment:
"premium solution of the seizer", but that doesn't seem right. I have a feeling that the Ergreifer initiates the legal action, but am not sure.

Any ideas?
