Now I know that I am right(see below). It\'s just that we usually call that a Bassena in Austrian German, and not a Gangwasserbecken.

It was also a declaration of war against the dark and overcrowded \'bassena\' apartments (a \"bassena\" is a water tap and sink in the corridor) in the rented barracks of Vienna\'s founding years.
