Law/Patents - Law (general) / Default Judgment
German term or phrase: Anlagenband
This term appears in a Default Judgment from a Berlin court. Iam virtually certain that Anbld means Anlagenband, but I have misgivings about my attempt to translate it. I would like your ideas. I also do not know what Id.A. means here. The two terms are essentially one joint term so please help if you can.
The translated sentence reads:
On the question of the merits of the Complaint under American law Plaintiff submitted an expert opinion by XXX, dated February 3, 2003, with respect to the details of which reference will be made, Anlbd. Id.A.
