Law/Patents / judgment - sentence
German term or phrase: unter Zurückweisung des weitergehenden Rechtsmittels im Zinsausspruch teilweise
I need this for American English, the whole sentence is: Das ursprüngliche Urteil wird vom Oberlandesgericht **unter Zurückweisung des weitergehenden Rechtsmittels im Zinsausspruch** teilweise abgeändert...
My idea would be something like: ...has been partially changed regarding the interest... while further legal remedy is being rejected.
I do feel somewhat lost on this though, and would be grateful for any help.

Dictum is: a statement , remark or observation, usually in the sense of \"obiter dictum\" (a remark by the way), i.e.,an observation or remark made by a judge in pronouncing an opinion upon a cause, concerning some rule, principle, or application of law, or the solution of a question suggested by the case at bar, but not necessarily involved in the case or essential to its determination.
Also, any statement of the law enunciated by the court merely in the way of illustration , argument, analogy, or suggestion.
Obiter dictum lacks the force of an adjudication.
Black\'s Law Dictionary.
\"Ausspruch\" is the German word for \"dictum.\"
