German term or phrase: Abrugauftrag / ...bleibt erhalten...
Having trouble with the second sentence:

Diese Vereinbarung gilt als Rahmenvertrag fuer eine geplannte Abnahmemenge von __ Einzellizenzen. Die Erfüllung erfolgt in Abrufaufträgen.

And the second sentence of this one:

Mit diesem Vertrag erwirbt der Kaeufer das nichtausschliesslich Recht, Einzellizenzen an der Software zusammen mit den von dem Kaeufer gefertigen bzw. vertriebenen PC-Systemen an Endverbraucher zu verkaufen. Das Label der Software nach der Vorgabe der Firma X bleibt dabei erhalten.

Explanation:
release order / is retained

About your first question I looked up Abruf/Abrufauftrag in dictionaries and on AltaVista, but I also had the opportunity to ask our son Curt, who is global director of purchasing and packaging design for a large consumer goods company in Chicago. I’d go with his answer (above). His term for Rahmenvertrag, incidentally, is _ blanket order, contractual order_, to which I would add, simply _ contract_.

AltaVista (English) word count: release orders: 320; release order: 4973

n.b.: release order_ can also have legal, penal and medical meanings

Regarding your second sentence, I would translate _bleibt erhalten_ as _is retained_.

Now I literally gotta git packin! :)
