German term or phrase: Superädifikat
"Die X GmbH ist Eigentümer des auf der im Betreff genannten Liegenschaft errichteten Superädifikates."

It's quite obviously a building, but is there a technical term for it? Especially as it seems to specifically imply a "building that is built on a leased lot" ?

This is Austrian legalese - as a German lawyer, I'm not familiar with this term (straight out of Romain, Dico of Legal and Commercial Terms).
