German term or phrase: i.L. (in Liquidation)
Semiofficial document :-)

I know it means "in Liquidation" (in my context). The abbreviation appears after each mention of a company,
e.g. "die Vermögenswerte der XXX AG i.L."

Should I use the same abbreviation, should I write out "in liquidation", should I put it in brackets, should I be doing this translation at all - Fragen über Fragen :-)

In Liquidation
Explanation:

... ACS Innovations International Pte Ltd (In Liquidation). A Complete Panasonic Panasert
SMT Line Assets Photo Collage Located in Singapore 1 Day Online Auction ...
www.dovebid.com/Auctions/ AuctionDetail.asp?auctionID=1477 (Many more where that came from ...)
