facts coming to bear in disposition of the case Explanation: It's the end, not the start of something, i.e. how something 'ausgegangen ist'., how the case was dispensed with. (as the Federal Administratuve Court – in the face of entirely different facts coming to bear in that case's disposition...etc -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2002-12-31 15:16:33 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- If the \"ursprünglichen Umstände\" of the case are meant, shouldn\'t it then say \"die sachlichen Voraussetzungen des Falles\"?? Another example of imprecise wording in German legal diction, or am I losing my sense of language? If that is the drift, it would be \"even though the factual premise of the case was different\" |
