Rubrum, of course, means heading or title of a judgment, etc. Aktivrubrum (maybe following the example of Aktivlegitimation), could be the active party suing = plaintiff; so, it would be the title or heading showing the party suing, as opposed to the party being sued = defendant. The contexts (see below) suggests that the term has to do with the party or parties [potentially] active in or to be targeted by a legal action; and that the prefix “Aktiv-“ is more likely to denote _[currently] active or valid_ than anything to do with capital or assets. I followed three of the definitions given in Romain on AltaVista (recitals, title reference, heading [of a case], recital of parties [invariably followed by “to an agreement’], a bit on AltaVista but didn’t find any meaningful connection, let alone translation. Since I’m not a legal translator, that’s as far as I dare go.
