I was needing help with this entire phrase from a marriage application document. I think I know what it means, but was hoping for a more precise translation:

"...wird bescheinigt, daB seiner - ihrer EheschlieBung...nach dem in der Republik Oesterreich geltenden Recht kein bekanntes Hindernis entgegensteht."

Indonesian authorities require that all foreigners planning to marry in Indonesia obtain a "Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage" before the wedding. This is simply a letter from your Consulate or Embassy representative in Indonesia stating that there is no objection for you to get married in Indonesia.
