On this day, the various claims of the debitors are examined. For Prüfungstagsatzung, I will probably go for *public examination*, but what about Berichtstagsatzung?
(Dietl/Lorenz and Eichborn don't have any entries)Does anyone know the correct legal term in English- ?

Tagsatzung is an old Swiss name for a political assembly (diet in English). In Austria, they call a fixed day, date or term Tagsatzung (setze den Tag)
