Now, this seems rather complicated to me. Regelunterhalt ist not even mentioned bei the Duden.
But it seems clear to me that the term is "alimony"

I would not mention regular or periodic, because alimonies are paid regularly or periodically (per month) and they are always needs-based, since the revenues or the absence of revenues of the mother are taken into consideration.
