German term or phrase: Bezugsrechte - explantation
Dear people,

I do have the translation of Bezugsrechte (or so I think) which is 'subscription rights' or 'buying options' but I am not sure which term to use.
the context is a contract about 'Bezugsrechte' in the area of Internet monitoring,
and neither of the two terms seems quite right to me.

Any help most appriciated
A.S.
purchase rights
Explanation:
If this concerns a sale of a software program, this could be the right term.

If you talk about participation in a program, 'subscription rights' would apply.

If this is the first step to acquire something, I would say

"purchase options"
