I'm quite sure *exchange board* is the term for 'Börse', I was more uncertain about how it would be used in this context. Would the company barter slurry for something else? -

pasture lease / exchange board
Explanation:
"pasture lease" I'm sure of (I live in the country and my landlord is a farmer- I've even driven a tractor!)

"exchange board" is a place to barter all kinds of things: goods, services, and, of course, stocks. How that fits in this context, I'm not sure. I guess farmers barter and trade milk contingents, stud services if they have bulls, etc.

I hope this helps somewhat - at least to give you some ideas.

I suppose "land lease" would work, too, but you very likely wouldn't be permitted to spread slurry on it! I know the farmers spread it on their fields and pastures - you can smell it for miles.

Thanks very much Woodstock - just what I needed.
(I've left 'exchange board' out of the KudoZ glossary because you seemed less certain about that).
