Was ist eigentlich Milch?
Der Gesetzgeber definiert Milch als das "Gemelk' einer Kuh. So lange die Milch nicht über die Körpertemperatur der Kuh erwärmt wird, ist es eine Rohmilch. Eine Besonderheit stellt die Heumilch oder silofrei gewonnene Milch dar; diese Milch stammt ausschließlich von Kühen, die silagefrei gefüttert wurden.
