Für J.Z. bedeutet das, wenn schon Fleisch essen, dann nur noch von Tieren aus Freilandhaltung und besser nur zweimal die Woche und dann aber mit Ehrfurcht und mit Wertschätzung dem Tier und dem Bauern gegenüber.
