Auf der Seite geht es um "Anforderungen für Überwachungszeichen".
Darunter dann eine Liste mit Kästchen, in denen angeben wird, ob das Angegebene erfüllt wurde oder nicht. ÜGG steht im Übrigen für "Überwachungsgemeinschaft Gleisbau".
