I think, this is very much just "Management speak". Looking further into the context, it appears that they integrated existing (standard) systems, which were separate before. The use of "part" and "whole" in this way conveys to me that there is some "natural order" how things should go together. I.e. that your HR system and project management system should be integrated. Why they are/ were "partially integrated" remains unclear to me.

I was hoping someone has come across this phrase, but the mentioned term neologism suggests otherwise...

"From separate systems we created a combined/uniform management system." is probably too easily formulated for management types, no?

muss man erfragen oder interpretieren. Jegliche Antwort auf diese KudoZ-Frage ist eine Interpretation (wobei die bisherigen Antworten meiner Meinung nach ganz gut aussehen). Gemeint ist wahrscheinlich, dass hier ein einheitliches (wieso eigentlich immer "ganzheitlich?") Managementsystem auf den von Teilbereich zu Teilbereich unterschiedlichen Managementsystemen ("piecemeal"comes to mind, but is probably too derogatory) aufgebaut wurde, das nun wohl alle notwendigen Eigenschaften in sich vereint. Um sowas ausuzudrücken, schöpfen dynamische Innovatoren gerne mal ein neues Unwort.
